Location: Sitapura , Jaipur ( 5 days WFO)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our accounts team as a Payment Team Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling vendor payments, processing employee reimbursements, ensuring timely disbursements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other payments.
• Bank Transactions: Handle online banking transactions, RTGS/NEFT payments, and cheque issuance as required.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, internal departments, and banks to resolve payment-related queries.
• Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and payment records.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all payments comply with company policies, tax regulations (GST/TDS), and audit requirements.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor fund availability and assist in managing cash flow planning.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all payments and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable, payments, or treasury functions
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and banking procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
