Roles and Responsibilities :

• Serving customers by providing the knowledge of the products and services.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• A Customer Service Executive usually performs the following tasks Identifying new opportunities. Interaction with customers. Processing customer orders. Supporting sales and development departments.

Note- Require Excellent English communication skills mandatory.
