Cyepro - Chief Technology Officer (6-7 yrs)

Role Overview:

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Cyepro Solutions, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the technological vision and execution of our CRM platform.

You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our software solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the automotive industry.

You will oversee all aspects of technology, including software development, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product innovation.

Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our competitive edge and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Technology Leadership:

- Develop and articulate the company's technology vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives.

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, determining their potential impact on the company's products and services.

- Provide thought leadership on technology-related issues, contributing to the company's overall strategic direction.

- Ensure the technological infrastructure supports the company's growth and scalability.

Software Development and Product Development:

- Lead the development and implementation of our CRM platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Drive product innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance existing products and develop new solutions that meet market needs.

- Implement agile development methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous improvement.

- Direct experience with CRM systems and their architecture.

Technical Architecture and Infrastructure:

- Design and maintain a robust and scalable technical architecture that supports the company's current and future needs.

- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services.

- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect the company's data and systems.

- Ensure high availability and reliability of all technology systems.

- Experience with Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with Database architecture and management (SQL, NoSQL).

Project Management and Delivery:

- Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Establish and maintain project management processes and best practices.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Manage and mitigate project risks and issues.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development.

- Recruit, train, and retain top talent.

- Manage team performance and provide regular feedback.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection:

- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect company and client data.

- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g , GDPR, CCPA).

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

- Develop and implement incident response plans.

Vendor and Partner Management:

- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.

- Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.

- Stay abreast of vendor technology roadmaps.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success as a technology leader, preferably in the software industry.

- Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and product development.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their architecture.

- Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), database management (SQL, NoSQL), and cybersecurity.

- Proficiency in modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).

- Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex technology projects.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into technology solutions.

- Experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus.
