- As the CTO, you will be responsible for designing and building a scalable, data-driven logistics technology platform that powers our fulfillment operations.

- This includes warehouse management, real-time inventory tracking, route optimization, and seamless integrations with e-commerce platforms.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Technology Strategy & Development: Define and execute the technology vision, architecture, and roadmap to build a robust logistics tech stack.

- Hands-On Coding & Development: Be deeply involved in coding and development, especially in the initial phases, to rapidly build and test the MVP.

- Platform Architecture: Build scalable, cloud-native solutions that integrate seamlessly with e-commerce platforms, third-party logistics providers, and warehouse systems.

- Product & Engineering Leadership: Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team as the company scales.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage AI, ML, and predictive analytics to optimize fulfillment, inventory management, and route planning.

- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the founding team to align technology development with business goals.
