Job Description

  • As a Senior Technical Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales operations.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of inbound sales leads, from initial engagement to successful closure.
  • In this position, you will be tasked with crafting compelling sales collateral, researching the competitive landscape, and formulating and executing both outbound and inbound sales strategies.
  • Your expertise will extend to negotiating and finalizing sales contracts, pitching products to potential clients, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and essential third-party vendors.
  • With a focus on professionalism and proactive debt recovery measures, you will contribute to the seamless execution of sales processes, fostering positive client relationships and supporting the overall growth of our business.
  • The Senior Technical Sales Associate is a key player in our sales team, combining technical acumen with strategic thinking to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Collateral Preparation: Develop and prepare compelling sales collateral, including Request for Proposals (RFPs) and presentations, to effectively showcase the companys products and services.
  2. Competitive Landscape Research: Conduct thorough research on the competitive landscape to identify market trends, key players, and opportunities for differentiation.
  3. Inbound Sales Lead Management: Assume responsibility for managing inbound sales leads from initiation to closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  4. Sales Operations: Handle day-to-day sales operations, including scheduling meetings, engaging with leads, drafting contracts, and collaborating with internal teams and essential third-party vendors for the successful execution of sales processes.
  5. Sales Strategy Formulation and Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of both outbound and inbound sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  6. Coordination with External Parties: Collaborate and communicate effectively with essential third-party vendors and partner companies throughout the sales cycle to ensure smooth coordination and successful outcomes.
  7. Product Pitching: Deliver compelling product pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and addressing client needs.
  8. Sales Contract Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations with potential clients and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  9. Debt Recovery: Take proactive measures for debt recovery in cases of pending payments, maintaining professionalism and preserving client relationships.
The Skills and Experience Required:
Must have skills :
  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) in a B2B sales operations and managing end-to-end sales processes within the tech Startups, preferably in fintech and Mutual Funds space
  3. Candidates with prior experience in sales and pre-sales will be preferred
  4. Strong track record of on sales closures and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong experience on documentation.
  6. A go getter attitude, who can close deals with the best interests of the company
