Linux System Administrator L2

• Application and server monitoring and events via the monitoring tool.
• Troubleshooting skills on servers and applications.
• Application Support, System support, Ticket management.
• Team co-ordination.
• Technology Cloud (AWS, Azure), VMware, Datacenter support and Linux.
• Experience on Cloud will be an added advantage.
• Closely working with US Team.
• Understanding of Incident Management, Event management & Release/Change Management.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Linux server troubleshooting, application support understanding.
• Knowledge of Ansible administration and troubleshooting. Linux vulnerability management will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of the DevOps tools. Like Grafana, Prometheus, Jenkin, GitHub.
• Knowledge of Splunk administration is essential.
• Knowledge of scripting like python, PowerShell. Creating playbooks to automate the infrastructure.
• No Reservations towards Night shift (rotational shifts) and shift hours (8.5 hrs) Prior experience of 24/7 support model

Desired Technical Skills:

• Linux administration, windows Server, VMware,
• Monitoring and ticketing experience. Like Nagios, Remedy, ServiceNow Ticketing Tool, Dynatrace or any other ITSM based tool will be preferred.
• Working under ITIL guidelines.
• AWS, Azure Cloud knowledge
• Basic understanding on Network and Storage devices
• Experience on Cloud environment
