Job Description

Overview:

A Pre-Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. He/she will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and demonstrating the value proposition of our products to potential clients. The primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our solutions and assisting in closing sales deals.


Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the features, functionalities, and technical aspects of our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to our products and service offerings.

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for potential clients to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
  • Analyse customer requirements and provide customized product recommendations and solutions.

Solution Design:

  • Work closely with the sales team and customers to understand their business challenges and requirements.
  • Design tailored our solutions that address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
  • Create detailed proposals, solution architectures, and technical documentation to support the sales process.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations on how our solutions can drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, including product development, implementation, and support, to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities.
  • Provide input and feedback to the product development team based on customer requirements and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution consulting, preferably in the software industry.
  • Technical knowledge of Endpoint management software (any OEM), Mobile Device Management, Thin client and VDI will be an advantage.
  • Basic technical knowledge of IT networking is a must.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for technology.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and events.
