TECHNICAL SKILLS : • Design the documents and develop content for a variety of technical documents, manuals, articles, reports, and brochures for a wide range of users.

• Responsible for preparing User guides, Installation Guides, Training Presentations, Configuration Guides, Tutorials, Release Notes, Operations and maintenance Guide, Interface documents etc.

• Install, learn, and work with a product during the development cycle.

• Ability and urge to communicate with global terms in clear and simple English. Must possess impeccable skills, both written and oral.

• Strong technical knowledge with a good grasp of technical terminology.

• Ability to write in a simple, concise and accurate manner.

• Ability and urge to independently handle end-to-end documentation to enhance customer experience.

• Strong demonstration of technical competency and must be able to write the document in professional manner

• Research the existing documents and competitor documents.

• Write appropriate deliverables keeping in mind the intended audience.

• Write technically accurate, grammatically correct information and change the documents whenever required.

• Communicate with the cross functional team to obtain information, resolve problems, and ensure timely reviews and delivery of documents.

• Should be able to manage several projects simultaneously

• To follow a documentation process to create the highest quality technical document in possible timeframe.

• To ensure Technical accuracy and excellent presentation of the document.

• Develop and manage all documentation requirements for Quality Management System that includes, Procedures, work instructions and training documents

• Write software content: thoroughly understand multiple audiences and create multiple content types (API reference, conceptual help, procedures, technical graphics)

• Edit content: Be able to quickly edit highly technical content with precision

• Additional duties as needed
