We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator with a strong focus on Okta and Microsoft products to join our IT team. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing our IAM solutions, ensuring secure access for users while optimizing our authentication systems. This role involves collaboration across teams to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM systems that align with the organization s security and operational goals.

You will be responsible for:

IAM Solution Management

# Administer, maintain, and optimize Okta Identity solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and lifecycle management.

# Manage Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) , including conditional access policies, identity governance, and app integrations.

# Oversee role-based access controls (RBAC) and group management in both Okta and Azure AD environments.

Access Provisioning and Deprovisioning:

# Implement and enforce automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows using Okta and Microsoft tools.

# Ensure timely access changes for onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions.

Security Compliance and Governance:

# Monitor, audit, and report on IAM compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

# Develop and enforce access policies that align with the principle of least privilege.

Integration and Troubleshooting:

# Integrate applications and systems with Okta and Azure AD, ensuring seamless user access and authentication.

# Resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests efficiently.

Collaboration and Documentation:

# Collaborate with IT security, HR, and business units to streamline IAM workflows and improve user experiences.

# Document IAM processes, configurations, and policies for internal use and audits.

Let s talk about your skills/expertise:

Experience:

# 4-6 years of experience in IAM administration, with a primary focus on Okta and Microsoft Azure AD .

# Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), and directory services.

Technical Skills:

# Expertise in managing Okta, including advanced features like Universal Directory and Workflows.

# Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD conditional access policies.

# Experience in IAM integrations with HRIS and cloud applications (AWS, O365, Google Workspace, etc.)

# Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for IAM tasks.

Knowledge Areas:

#Understanding of security best practices and IAM standards.

#Awareness of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).

Soft Skills:

# Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

# Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

# Okta Certified Administrator or similar certifications.

# Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.

# Experience with IAM governance tools and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
