Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall CRM strategy, aligning it with business goals.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and customization of CRM systems.
- Manage the CRM system administration, including user management, data management, and system maintenance.
- Drive user adoption of the CRM system through training, communication, and support.
- Develop and implement CRM reporting and analytics to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to leverage CRM data to improve their performance.
- Identify and implement CRM best practices to optimize sales processes, marketing campaigns, and customer service interactions.
- Manage the CRM budget and vendor relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on CRM trends and technologies.
- Lead and mentor the CRM team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience (8+ years, 10+ years) in CRM management and leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and technologies.
- Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM).
- Specify which CRM experience is most relevant.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
