Job Description:
- Justdial is seeking a dynamic and skilled Demand Generation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of digital marketing expertise with in-depth experience in successfully leading Demand Generation initiatives. The candidate will play a crucial role in leading strategy and operations of Demand and Lead generation campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Research: Speak with Small and Medium Business (SMB) owners to understand their challenges, needs, and identify category entry points. Assess their journey from problem awareness to brand awareness and build well-defined customer segment.
2. Campaign Strategy & Planning: Design and implement an always-on demand generation strategy targeting SMB segments. Lead initiatives to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and expansion opportunities.
3. Improving Consideration: Run campaigns to educate and engage vendors, moving them from unawareness to solution awareness, with paid conversions outperforming cold calling.
4. Content Marketing: Create high-quality content across multiple formats (internally or through agencies) to nurture a highly aware and engaged audience cohort.
5. Align Demand Generation efforts with Revenue Objectives: Collaborate across teams to align marketing campaigns, content, and messaging with revenue objectives. Ensure initiatives resonate with target audiences and support the sales funnel.
6. Channel Expertise : Proven Expertise in Demand Generations in at least 3 channels:
- First Party Data
- Email
- Social Media
- Google and Youtube
- WhatsApp
7. Analytical and Data driven : Analyze performance, optimize campaigns for ROI, and provide regular impact updates to leadership.
8. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with creative, performance marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
Primary KPI of the Candidate:
- Growth in highly engaged and aware audience cohorts.
- Leads generated daily and their paid conversion rates
- Reduction in Cost of Customer Acquisition.
Requirements:
1. T shaped marketeer with in-depth experience in Demand Generation.
2. Strong proof of work in successfully executing profitable demand generation initiatives.
3. Undergraduate or MBA from Tier 1 institutes with 3+ years of relevant work experience. If you have extremely strong, verifiable proof of work and references, then your institute or degree wouldn't matter.
4. Experience in growth hacking and innovative approaches to marketing.
5. Comfortable with Marketing tools such as Google ads, Meta ads, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Clevertap and optimisation tools such as Hotjar, Optimizely and Landingi etc. (Not necessarily all).
6. The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
