Job Responsibilities:-

• Resolve customer complaints via Chat/Email/Call.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  

Job Requirements:

• Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment
• Undergraduate/Graduate with any 6 month BPO experience
• Excellent verbal and written Communications skills required in ENGLISH

Salary : 28000/- CTC

6 Days Working

Male/Female candidates can apply

Shift Timing: Rotational 24/7

For Female (6am-8pm // Any 9 hours in this window)
