Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our Customer Experience Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple channels of communication efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our users have a seamless and enjoyable experience with SpeakX.
Responsibilities:
  1. Responding to Inbound Outbound Communication:
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively via email, chat, and social media.
  2. Handling Queries Over WhatsApp:
    • Manage customer queries and concerns through WhatsApp, providing timely and accurate responses.
  3. Responding to Users Over Call for Solving Queries:
    • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer issues with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Provide clear and concise information about SpeakX s services, features, and subscription details.
  4. Calling Users for Insights Query Resolution:
    • Proactively reach out to users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and resolve any issues.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide additional assistance if needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
