Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support partnership initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, expanding our partner network, and contributing to our outreach and recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with educational institutions, including colleges, and universities.
• Organize and conduct on-site seminars, workshops, and presentations at partner institutions to educate students, parents, and faculty about overseas education opportunities.
• Create and implement initiatives to increase prospective students' awareness of scholarships, courses, and destination countries.
• Travel extensively to educational institutions across assigned regions to promote overseas education and expand the organization's reach.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Admissions, and Student Support) to ensure aligned messaging and efficient processes for students from partner institutions.
• Develop strategic initiatives and proposals to expand the organization's presence in key markets and increase student enrollments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the education sector, preferably with exposure to overseas education or international partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to different institutional environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
