Eligibility : Any Degree with 1-5 years with sales experience Preferably B2C/ inside sales experience ( or ) Freshers preferable with B pharm / Nutritionist / Dietitian / Physiotherapy/BPT

Location : Across Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry with our branches.

Language: Good fluent with Tamil and English. Knowing Telugu /Kannada is an added advantage.

• Work From office with Day shift / Morning shift

Responsibilities

* Support Branch Managers with day-to-day branch operation and closing of sales.

* Report on sales results

* Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

* Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

* Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

* Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer

satisfaction

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Counselor/Inside sales/Inbound sales/Inhouse sale/ similar sales role
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Understanding of Branch operations
• Excellent communication skills with regional language.
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Any degree with Sales experience, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
