🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Student Counseling & Conversions: Handle student inquiries, provide expert guidance, and ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
✅ Visa Supervision: Oversee and assist in the visa process, ensuring timely submission of applications and positive visa outcomes.
✅ Lead Follow-Ups: Engage with self-generated leads and marketing inquiries to convert them into walk-ins and applications.
✅ Sales Target Achievement: Work towards meeting assigned enrollment targets for admissions.
✅ Documentation : Supervise student documentation, follow up on missing documents.
✅ Delegate Visits & Events: Participate in education fairs, roadshows, and university delegate visits, ensuring quality follow-ups for better conversions.
✅ Training & Coordination: Work closely with the admissions and visa teams at the Head Office for verifications, interview preparations, and training updates.
✅ Travel Requirements: Travel to different locations for events, training, and marketing activities as per business needs.
