RoleS & responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, reach out, and convert potential students for IT training programs.
• Telesales & Counselling: Engage with prospective students over calls, explain course offerings, and guide them toward enrollment.
• Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to enhance enrollments.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
• Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups and regular communication with potential leads.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 6 months 1 year in IT Course Sales, Education Sales, or Telesales.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Mindset: Target-driven, persuasive, and able to handle objections effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT training courses and educational sales will be an advantage.
