- The incumbent will be working in Planning & Strategy team for microfinance vertical of Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd. (100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank).
- He/She shall have prior working experience in BFSI/NBFC/Fintech domain.
- He/She will be responsible for KRA & KPI management, Cost management, Incentive pend analysis and bringing new ideas to improve the performance of field staff.
- The candidate must be good at ideation, analysis, and presentation to CXOs and Sr. Management Team.
Job Responsibilities.
- Gauging industry pulse in business outcome, business planning, productivity, and rewards & recognitions.
- Performance Management/KRAs/KPIs design, Incentive simulation, campaign Management, financial modeling, KPIs/KRAs.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service.
- Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format.
- Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Generate and distribute management reports accurately and in timely manner.
- Design & Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendations on improving business efficiencies and productivity.
- Liaison with cross functional departments, customer management and internal communication.
