Job Description

  • 1. Customer Onboarding:
  • Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth implementation of products or services.
  • Educate clients on product features, tools, and best practices.
  • 2. Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, trusted partnerships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as required
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned customers, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
  • 3. Customer Success Planning:
  • Develop and execute tailored success plans to meet customer goals.
  • Monitor customer progress and identify opportunities for improvement or additional value.
  • Review the customer journey, identifying how itsupported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
  • 4. Upselling and Renewal Management:
  • Identify opportunities to expand service adoption or upsell additional products.
  • Ensure successful contract renewals by demonstrating continuous value.
  • 5. Performance Monitoring:
  • Analyze customer metrics and usage patterns to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide insights to internal teams for product or service improvements.
    6. Collaboration and Advocacy:
