You will be responsible for servicing our top FMCG retail partners, building up the partnership and the co-dependency between companies.
The role involves a high level of data analysis, account planning and constant communication with the retailers.
You will assist our partners in understanding market trends, advise and consult in optimizing their strategies to help their business grow and develop.
You will offer support on NIQ methodology and platforms.
You will own the deliverables, business issue analysis, performance reviews and solution integration with our coop retailers to secure strong engagement.
This is a Senior role, responsible for the overall client satisfaction with NIQ services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
External
- Ensures effective and efficient client servicing by acting as main day-to-day contact and strategic partner for key retailers
- Use NIQ s analytical platforms to develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions
- Educates customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert of NIQ universe and methodology
- Deliver insightful FMCG Market trends presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients
- Identify new business opportunities
Internal
- Coordinate internal departments to meet deadline provided to partners
- Support the Sales team by creating relevant leads
- Act as a dependable partner for all parties involved in the end to end process of data collection to data delivery.
- Get involved with the larger scope of NIQ s business, join our CSR and Impact&Inclusion efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a Technical or Business derived field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Retail
- Native Romanian + good client service skills and ability to communicate and write effectively in English
- Very strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills
- Effective communication & visualization skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis while feeling comfortable working in a digital enabled environment
- Experience handling presentations or willing to develop their presentation skills
- Having worked with NIQ data in the past is considered a plus
- Previous FMCG Retailer experience is considered a plus.
