Customer Service Executive

Rotational shifts : 8am - 5pm, 9.30am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm, [2pm - 11pm (work from home)]

Rotational Week - offs : Saturdays and Sundays ARE NOT fixed offs. Will be decided according to the roster

• Work with different business teams on customer service and customer experience journeys
• Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services.
• Follow Up to ensure proper resolution are taken on Customers requests
• Follow up with various departments for to resolved customer complaints
• Maintains customer records by updating account information/ on call notes.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
