TECH MAHINDRA IS HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS (UK & Australia)
Location: Yerawada, Pune, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We're seeking talented customer service professionals to join our international voice process team, handling inbound/outbound calls for UK and Australia clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer queries and concerns
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Escalate issues as necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- Good technical knowledge and aptitude for technical support roles
- Sales acumen with the ability to achieve targets for sales roles
- 6 months+ voice experience in BPO (HSC/Graduate) or 1 year+ international BPO experience (SSC)
Salary & Benefits:
- UK Voice: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
- Australia Voice: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
