Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service.
  
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• have international exposure

• have excellent comm skills

• have fluent english

• have worked in BPO company into International process(voice)

• have worked in inbound process

• have minimum 6 months of experience in international BPO (voice)

• have US exposure
