Role & responsibilities

• To supervise and execute Projects Efficiently, Effectively and to track Progress, Time, Cost, Quality & EHS for the project as per schedule.
• Risk analysis and mitigation plan.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Resource Planning & Control, Productivity Analysis.
• Preparing presentations for senior management meetings & shall be able to present the same.
• Prepare integrated schedule (L2/L3/L4 WBS) in primavera or MS Project.
• Update and re baseline the schedule based on inputs

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency with planning and scheduling software like MSP / Primavera software.

• Knowledge of PMP certification process.
• Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
• Must have experience in dealing with a PMC before.
• Must have handled projects in Residential / Commercial / Hospitality / Industrial.
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
