Job Description Summary

The role will be responsible for managing end to end software project delivery to our clients in coordination with our solution partners and maintain the project tracker with the real-time project status. Managing and tracking the vendors for their required deliverables along with the invoice tracker for the already delivered solutions. Coordinating with site and finance teams for clearance of the pending dues thereby updating the invoice tracker from time to time. This role will also involve tracking and raising the service requisitions for the service been utilized as per the requirement and supporting to maintain the internal tools developed on PowerApps platform. Also, be updated with industry trends and developments.

Job Description

The Technology Lead is responsible for managing technical aspects of software development flow and leads are software engineers that enable the team to work with quality. Its part of the job to plan, design, lead, and execute IT/Technology solutions and improvements.

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

New client technology transition management:

• Domestic technology solutions - Local India based technology stack
• Global Technology solutions (FAMIS360, Yardi, TRIANA)

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech/MCA IT/ Minimum Experience - 8 to 10 years of experience in design, lead and executing IT/Technology solutions and improvements along with client and vendor management skills
