Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for undertaking valuation, including site inspection of Assets for loans (home loans / mortgages).

About the Role:

• Visiting the site undertaking internal as well as external inspections, including physical measurements and photographs.
• Inspecting similar comparable properties in the surrounding micro markets.
• Analyzing the site and comparable information for deriving the market value of the properties.
• Maintaining and updating the site related data in the internal database or systems and maintaining daily MIS
• Draft valuation report of the visited property.

About You:

• Immediate Joiners are preferred.
• At least one or two years of experience in Valuations
• Diploma / B.E Civil Engineering
