Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, architects, and contractors.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against targets.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field (Mechanical preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials science, and building codes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
