Job Description:
We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer with strong leadership and technical expertise to oversee the construction of a Residential Township project in Assagao, Goa. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and conducting market surveys of local vendors and construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily construction work at the site and ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Oversee material procurement and manage vendor relations.
• Perform a market survey in delhi to identify local suppliers, cost-effective materials, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on project progress.

B-Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction, particularly residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, materials, and local regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability.
