Account Executive (Remote - Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Account Executive to join our team remotely. You will be directly working with our overseas clients, requiring night shifts to accommodate different time zones. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, especially within the Jewellery and Diamonds industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.

Proficient in Excel for creating financial models, managing spreadsheets, and automating workflows.

Expert in GST tax calculations and other compliance-related tasks.

Calculate and maintain accurate Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.

Handle international trade transactions and relevant financial operations.

Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate stock records and valuation.

Work efficiently with multiple proprietary accounting software platforms.

Maintain high accuracy with all reports and financial transactions, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.

Effectively communicate with international clients, showcasing excellent fluency in English.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.

Strong expertise in Excel, GST, Profit & Loss calculations, inventory management, and international trade.

Experience working with proprietary accounting software.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience in the Jewellery and Diamonds industry is a significant asset.

Ability to work night shifts, five days a week.
