Job Overview:

The BD professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients. The role focuses on conceptualizing and crafting tailored warehouse operations proposals.

This responsibility requires a strong understanding of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Lead Generation & Networking: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on building long-term partnerships.

3. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management, with the ability to design practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Graduation Required
• Experience: Min. 5 to 7 years in business development , similar role in the logistics or warehousing sector.
