Job Summary:
- The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
- This role involves building strong relationships with C-suite executives, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that showcase Curatal's value.
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive complex sales cycles to successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:.
Business Development:.
- Identify and prospect enterprise clients across key industries such as IT, Finance, Healthcare, and Consulting.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
Client Engagement:.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, procurement teams, and C-level executives.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and demonstrate the value of Curatal's services.
Sales Execution:.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close.
- Create and present compelling proposals and ROI-driven business cases.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutual benefits for Curatal and clients.
Market Insights and Strategy:.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product and service enhancements.
Performance Tracking:.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Key Requirements:.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in recruitment, SaaS, or HR tech industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
