ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our fast-growing organisation. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level accounts. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and capture market share
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges and opportunities; & create persuasive sales proposals
3. Conduct in-person meetings with potential enterprises & deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and experience
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients & work closely with the team to provide tailored solutions to address the specific needs of each enterprise customer
5. Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company in terms of pricing & SLAs
6. Closely work with the operations & accounts teams for seamless implementation and delivery of services.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in E-commerce ecosystem
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage & influence senior-level executives
3. Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset & willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
2. Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by the numbers"
3. Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretched goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
4. Experienced in marketing and data analytics
