Job Description:

The Full Stack Solutions Principal provides comprehensive expertise in application functionality, configuration, and support for software solutions. This role involves working with business analysts, architects, technical experts, and software vendors to define, design, and implement application solutions that meet functional requirements and address any gaps. The Principal is responsible for staying current on emerging trends, managing application setups, and resolving complex functionality issues. The role requires strong technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor and guide team members to enhance application support and business processes.

• 12+ years of significant relevant experience in application development, configuration, and support.

Skills and Experience:

• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of AWS services (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS).
• Proficiency with AWS SDKs, CLI, and CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild).
• Experience with Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies and performance monitoring for distributed web applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and Java.
• Application Development and Configuration:
• Proficiency in Angular/React and understanding of dependency injection, authentication, and authorization patterns.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and documentation of technical concepts.
• Project Management and Agile Methodologies:
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and compliance requirements.
