Job Description

  • Primary & Secondary Sales: Drive both primary and secondary sales efforts to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Mechanic Connects: Establish and maintain strong connections with mechanics to enhance product reach and support.
  • Fleet Approach: Develop and implement strategies to engage and manage fleet customers effectively.
General Professional Practice (GPP) Responsibilities (70%):
  • Reporting:
    • Consolidate and distribute repetitive sales reports.
    • Create ad-hoc sales reports under limited supervision.
    • Revise templates, consolidate data from others, and provide forecasting input.
  • System Administration:
    • Execute complicated tasks and document ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal) under limited supervision.
    • Periodically evaluate user-entered data on systems to ensure completeness and identify improvements.
  • Data Analyses (External & Internal):
    • Analyze external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig) to identify sales opportunities and forward them to the sales team.
    • Review findings from research on assigned opportunities and share with relevant teams.
    • Compile and qualify competitive data, communicating it to the sales force as relevant.
Conduct internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) for ad-hoc and repetitive tasks.

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

  • Project Schedule Management: Managing the planned schedule using recommended tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
  • Adapts to Target Audience: Explaining complex topics (e.g., significant technical data, subject matter expertise) in a way that the target audience (e.g., sales professionals, customers, training vendors) can understand, retain, and use the information.
  • Integrates Customer Perspective: Incorporating an understanding of the customers perspective on our products and sales efforts to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet their needs and increase revenue.
  • Values Differences: Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.
Qualifications:
  • Education, Licenses, Certifications:
    • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
