Training Executive

Two posts.

Aurangabad and Nashik based.

Reporting to Training Manager.

Any Graduate with five year experience in compilation of appraisal data for competency mapping.

Responsible for :

► Training need identification

► Preparation of training calendar

► Implementing training schedules

► Assisting in organizing in-house and liase for outdoor training programs

► Managing records including attendance \ training history

► Monitoring small group involvement activities\Quality circles

► Conducting behavioral training at workmen level and assisting in
evaluation of effectiveness of training.
