Support Engineer (3-8 yrs)

Required skills : C#, CI/CD , Docker, Kubernetes

Responsibilities :

- Writing yaml pipeline

- Writing docker files

- Production support experience

- Understand the complex platform business logic

- Analyze the error message/logs and diagnostic the issue

- Filter the noise alerts like flaky test/transient issue and take related action

- Analyze the volume and be able to fix the configuration issue

- Reroute the critical ICM tickets to FTE team in time

- Take action to deal with incoming tickets within SLA requirement

- Communicate effectively with FTE teams on complex technical issues

- Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information

- Push the issue forward to make it to be solved as soon as possible

- Track the issue until it solves

- Analyze/summarize the issue weekly

Skills :

- Proficient in Azure DevOps pipeline(ci/cd), Docker, Kubernetes, Linux.

- Familiar with C#.

- Respond to deal with issues as part of a 24X5 on-call rotation.
