About the Job :

We are looking for a skilled DevOps CI/CD Support Engineer with extensive experience in administering and maintaining CI/CD tools, supporting development teams, and optimizing build and deployment pipelines.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in GitHub Actions, CI/CD automation, and enterprise GitHub workflow management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain various CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Ansible, and OpenShift.

- Implement and manage GitHub Actions for automation, ensuring efficient CI/CD workflows.

- Work with builds and deployments of multiple programming languages, including Java, Node.js, and Python; experience with .NET and Go is a plus.

- Manage build and package management tools like Maven, Gradle, Npm, Yarn, and pip.

- Support developers in integrating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

- Work with security and quality scan tools such as Nexus IQ, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Prisma.

- Administer and manage GitHub Enterprise, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

- Develop and manage enterprise-standard GitHub workflows and reusable workflows.

- Assist in writing and understanding custom GitHub Actions to improve automation processes.

- Collaborate with application developers to onboard them onto CI/CD tools and streamline their deployment processes.

- Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical support for CI/CD pipeline issues.

- Work in an onshore-offshore model and provide support as required.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Must have strong expertise in Git and GitHub Enterprise Administration.

- Must have hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and enterprise-standard workflows.

- Good to have experience with security and compliance tools like Nexus IQ, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Prisma.

- Good to have experience with functional, API, and performance test automation tools.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

- Ability to collaborate with developers and support teams to optimize CI/CD processes
