Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive / Sr. Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also handling key HR operations. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills to ensure timely hiring of top talent. Additionally, the candidate will support various HR operational functions such as onboarding, HRMS administration, exit formalities, and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other sources.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and proactively build talent pools.
• Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Assist in onboarding and induction programs to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Assist in payroll processing by preparing and verifying necessary employee data.
• Handle employee documentation and HRIS updates.
• Compile, analyze, and present HR data to generate actionable insights.
• Provide administrative and operational support to senior HR management as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet hiring deadlines.
