Sr. Executive/Executive, CSR Projects (Operations)

Position: Sr. Executive/ Executive, CSR Operations

Experience: Min 2-3 years in CSR Project Execution 

Department: Corporate Social Responsibility

Reports to: Project Manager

Job Summary

The Sr. Executive/Executive of CSR operations will be responsible for project execution & implementation (operation).

• Nurturing Partnership: Deliver execution & service excellence on time and every time to ensure Customer delight and Loyalty.
• Driving VLE/State Relations: Driving the Project Objective and ensure progress coordinating with State SPOC and VLEs meeting  Project  CSR goals within timeline.
• Internal Collaboration: Co-ordinate with State SPOC to ensure meeting project Outcome leading to project success
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all CSR activities comply with legal, ethical, and company policies, as well as local and national regulatory requirements been implemented/ followed on the ground.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed CSR reports for internal and Project manager as per need and timeline set. 
• SOP implementation: Develop and deploy required workflow and process to ensure 100% SOP adherence on the ground level. 
• Event Management: Support and assist State team/ VLEs to Plan and manage CSR-related events and provide reports to concern Manager.

Qualifications

Education: Min. Bachelors degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field CSR certification will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or nonprofit project management, with a proven track record of successful CSR project implementation.
• Skills:
• Strong project execution and operations skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a large team.
• Channel handing experience – working with multiple states.
• Familiarity with CSR regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GRI, UN SDGs).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM or project management software.
• Knowledge on making effective presentation.
