3. Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract qualified candidates
4. Conduct background checks and verify references of potential hires
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HR database
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
7. Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs to enhance the company's employer brand
