Role & responsibilities

• Work on recruitment and understand requisitions, and aim to close the position through references, sourcing, social media, or job portals.
• Coordinate with corporate tie-ups to organize events.
• Handhold candidates until joining.
• Assist with employer branding across various platforms.
• Help in conducting training & development sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates who have good communication skills
• Have previously worked into HR/ Recruitment or similar roles.
• Are available for full time (in-office) internship
• Candidates who can join immediately.
• Are available for duration of 6 months
• Candidates who are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
• Have relevant skills and interests.
