Job Description

Job Title:

AI Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Developer, candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our products and services. candidate will work closely with solution Architect, software engineers, and product teams to build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning (ML) and deep learning models.

- Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess data for training and validation.

- Algorithm Design: Research and implement advanced algorithms to optimize AI performance.

- Integration:Integrate AI models into existing software applications or systems.

- Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor model performance and continuously improve through retraining and tuning.

- Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

- Innovation:Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of AI systems, code, and model architecture.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, Java, or C++).

- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).

- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.

- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

- Mathematical Skills: Strong understanding of algorithms, probability, statistics, and linear algebra.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.

- Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI development.

- Certification in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate or others).
