Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description

• Minimum of 9+ yrs. years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com application.
• Lightning (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Global Marketing, Identity Management, Field Services), Lightning Component Development and Lightning Web Components
• Each team member needs to be an independent contributor.

• Strong in Lighting LWC, Apex WS. DevOps is not mandatory
• Location Now anywhere. Post pandemic they need to be based of Bengaluru
• Must have good knowledge work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
• Hands on work experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other Integration aspects are desirable.
• Should have good work experience in Reports and Dashboards.

• Good understanding of web technologies HTML, CSS etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology or related field; or at least 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce support space using different methods including Apex, Flow, and other Salesforce best practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex topics for various audiences during meetings and via written channels.
