We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer with a solid background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience working with Salesforce, demonstrating deep technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions, contributing to the success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. Implement and customize Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Workflows, and Process Builder to improve business processes. Build and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user interfaces and improve user experience. Lead development efforts for integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration techniques. Ensure code quality by following best practices and participating in regular code reviews and unit testing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide support for ongoing system improvements. Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions. Contribute to the development and enhancement of development processes, tools, and methodologies. Required Skills & Experience: 4-7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce data model. Strong experience in building and deploying Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience and functionality. Expertise in Salesforce configuration tools, including Flows, Workflows, and Process Builder. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools. Experience with Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DX. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to resolve complex issues. Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns, ensuring high-quality code and solutions. Desired Skills: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Marketing Cloud is a plus. Experience with Salesforce DevOps processes (CI/CD, Source Control, and automated deployments). Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
