Job Overview :

We are seeking a DevSecOps Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership and manage the deployment of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensure security compliance, and address client queries.

This role is ideal for someone with over 5 years of DevOps experience, who thrives in building secure, scalable systems, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring smooth deployment processes and technical coordination.

- Design and build cloud infrastructure for Dev, Staging, and Production environments.

- Oversee the development of in-house CI/CD/CS pipelines and DevSecOps frameworks.

- Implement automated security testing and vulnerability assessments.

- Manage audits, compliance, and access control reviews.

- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to enhance security and operational efficiency.

Skills and Expertise :

- Strong understanding of security concepts and the Software Development Lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).

- Expertise in scripting (Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

- Experience with Compliance as Code, incident response, and security analysis.

- Proven ability to work with various data platforms.
