Senior DevSecOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and enforce compliance in private cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop & manage CI/CD pipelines with security and compliance enforcement.

- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible) for automation.

- Deploy and secure containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Monitor system performance, security, and resilience.

- Integrate security testing (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning) into CI/CD.

- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.

- Stay updated on DevSecOps trends, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, or Cloud Security.

- Expertise in CI/CD automation (GitLab CI, Jenkins).

- Strong knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and security best practices.

- Experience with private cloud/on-prem environments.

- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and security hardening techniques.

- Familiarity with SIEM, monitoring, logging, and security tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, SonarQube, Snyk, OWASP ZAP).

- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, IAM, RBAC, and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001).4
