AML Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AML frameworks and compliance programs for clients, aligning with global regulatory standards.
• Translate evolving regulations into client policies, operational standards, and governance frameworks.
• Lead the development of robust risk frameworks and offer proactive risk advice for compliance enhancement.
• Establish advanced reporting mechanisms for compliance, standardizing data for actionable insights.
• Spearhead process improvements for transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and fraud prevention.
• Provide subject matter expertise for regulatory audits, steering strategy and execution.
• Oversee committee governance, preparing strategic reports, policy papers, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive business development, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored AML solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, or related fields (preferred).
• Extensive experience in policy-to-regulation alignment, risk management, and governance.
• Proven expertise in designing AML frameworks, data standardization, and reporting systems.
• Strong consulting skills with a focus on strategic advisory, stakeholder engagement, and committee governance.
• In-depth knowledge of global financial crime compliance trends and regulatory landscapes.
