Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for Compliance Academy modules to support the Master Generalist Accreditation
- Conduct ongoing learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for various personas within FCC
- Design and manage the development of compliance training programs, including core and supplemental modules, to cater to advisory and professional service roles
- Curate and leverage existing content, including behavioural and leadership skills, to support the development of a fit-for-future compliance function
- Manage vendor relationships for external certifications and training programs
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare communication materials for mass awareness campaigns across the organization
- Ensure effective administration of training programs, including pre- and post-training assessments and feedback
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including People Capability Team, FCC Leadership, and Global HRBPs, to achieve training objectives
- Skills Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Training Management with experience in content curation
- Strong program management skills to develop and implement comprehensive training programs
- Ability to curate and leverage existing content to support training objectives
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills to work with various teams and stakeholders
- Strong business intelligence and analytical skills to conduct learning needs assessments and analyze training performance
- Talent management and organizational change management skills to support the development of a fit-for-future compliance function
- Content curation and training management skills to design and deliver effective training programs
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to plan and implement training programs
