Job Title: VP VoC Special Projects (JFM: 12A)
Position Overview:
- The incumbent will lead critical projects within Coalition Greenwich VoC business.
- The project requires deep expertise in the Project Management professional methodology along with strong understanding of Market Research fundamentals and digital market research avenues.
- VP VoC special projects will be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, managing all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and the client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget.
- Define clear project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Partner with various team such as consultants, Contact Universe, Field managers, Marketing and Buyside to achieve desired project milestones and outcomes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Project sponsor and the project team, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communication to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Develop contingency plans and take corrective actions to address potential obstacles.
- Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders as necessary.
Project Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables, using project management tools and techniques.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and the client, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Monitor and control project performance, adjusting as needed to stay on track.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to maintain high standards throughout the project.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degrees in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with financial acumen, strong business orientation, and strategic mindset.
- MBA or master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, business intelligence or project management
- Exhibit exceptional project management capabilities, coordinating with various organizational teams and meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously to support fundraising activities.
- Advanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and experience / willingness to learn support software, including CRM systems and content management, Salesforce etc.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and outcome-driven, with an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service and doing the right thing.
- Excellent organizational skills, coupled with polished written and verbal communication skills.
