Business Analyst Lead
Role Summary:
Functional Responsibility:
- Responsible for gathering and translation of business and technical requirements into business requirement documents for Business and Technical documents for the development team
- Responsible for stakeholder management, working as a mediator between Technical IT partner and Business partners.
- Responsible for project management, planning project delivery timelines and achieving it.
- Responsible for providing technical solution to business problems
- Responsible to design Data Model, Insightful Dashboards and reports through wireframes.
- Responsible for managing escalations.
- Ensure testing of the new developments/ new products are planned and executed as per the SLA agreed with the client
- Process Adherence
- Prepare and retain project documentation like BRD, FSD, Project Plan, signoff emails etc. for audit requirement.
Essential Qualification: Graduate. PGD/MBA will be preferred.
Experience: 5+ years
- Preference will be given to candidates who are having experience of working on BI & Analytics projects in a bank/BFSI or IT projects related to credit / risk / operations unit of the bank.
Skills / Qualities required:
- Good understanding of banking domain
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Planning and organization skills
- Ability to deliver results under stringent timelines
- Flexibility to work on areas other than area of expertise if situation demands
- Good understanding of SDLC pertaining to BI and Analytics.
- Hands on with data analysis and visualization tools like advance excel, sql query (Oracle / SQL Server).
- Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI/Tableau/Qlik.
- Ability to analyze the data and propose dashboards and reports though wireframes that can bring value to business.
Educational Qualification - Graduate. PGD/MBA will be preferred.
